F2B Hardware is proud to present its latest project: the implementation of Schumann Tank OEM Biodigester Tanks in China. Schumann Tank is a leading company in the field of stainless steel tank construction, with 20 years of experience and 25% of worldwide biodigester tank sales12.
Our project involves the installation of four 7000m³ anaerobic fermentation tanks in different cities in China, such as Guangzhou, Foshan, and Changsha. These tanks are designed to produce biogas from organic waste, such as animal manure, food scraps, or sewage sludge. Biogas is a renewable and clean energy source that can be used for cooking, heating, electricity generation, or vehicle fuel.
Our tanks have the following advantages:
They are equipped with a 316L tank top, which meets the load-bearing capacity of the PRG central mixer. This ensures a uniform and efficient mixing of the substrate, resulting in a higher biogas yield and quality.

They use German advanced mechanical calculation technology, which ensures the optimal design and dimensioning of the tanks. The tanks are assembled by all-bolt splicing, without any welding, which makes them environmentally friendly and easy to install.
